When we get photographs like this one, badly cracked and with pieces missing, we see it as a challenge. We make good the missing areas*, we do not crop the image, as do some other so called restorers. So, when the owner of this photograph asked if any thing could be done to repair her last remaining link with her school days. We assured her we could.
